STARTING 9TH OCTOBER OUR #COUCH25K kicks off again and we have a blockbuster program in store for you!!

6 week course @ £20 Per Person for the Course you'll receive quality training, nutritional strategies, motivation and encouragement as well as a few guest coaches.  Along with that you'll receive your FTT C25k T-shirt.

Running, is simply one foot in front of the other and it really is that simple!

 

I don't believe in over complicating running, but it is a sport and discipline that requires a little attention to the body and to the details.

 

We cover the basics as a starting point for everyone.  We cover run mechanics, strength and conditioning training, speed and endurance sets and drills, that are designed to bring the best out of you. 

​

You focus on running and we'll focus on you.  We want you to enjoy your time with us and learn along the way.  Running for me is the purist form of exercise and can be enjoyed by everyone.

Raining? put on a jacket! 

​

We cover everything from Couch to 5K right up to Ultra Marathon and everything in between.

​

Our programs all start with a body composition, and we develop from there with gait and run analysis is completed to provide you with the essentials so you can take yourself further than before.

We don't stop there however! We have Drop-in sessions open to all abilities £1 Per Person Per Session, please stay tuned to our Facebook Page for times, dates and locations, but we normally have our sessions immediately AFTER our SWIM sessions.  They are aimed at anyone and everyone and as long as you can put one foot in front of the other, we'll do the rest!

Armed with a variety of tests to calculate your Heart Rate, lactate thresholds and many more topics we have you covered!

Like our Cycling testing we offer a range of in house services and testing starts at £5

​

Our process covers all aspects of running, designed to developing you as an individual discipline runner or as a competitive runner in triathlon. 

​

In our workshops, seminars and camps we will be discussing and going over warm up sessions, activation drills, pacing, and video analysis.
